Mac 10.6.8
Safari 5.1.2

Hi all

My Safari browser is missing Javascript; or I think that's what it's missing. This happened all of a sudden last night. I'm writing this with Camino because the forum reply buttons and quote buttons are missing with Safari. Same story with other forums I visit. I've got Java enabled in Safari Preferences. Here are some screen shots below. You can click on the images to make them full size:

jmiddel,

I've deleted Safari 5.1.2 and now I'm trying to install Safari 4.0.5 but it won't let me. I've got Snow Leopard 10.6.8 - so I don't know why it won't allow me to install since it only requires me to have 10.6.3
See screen shot below:

why are you trying to install 4.0.5?

Why not try reinstalling 5.1.2 first?

With your help, I fixed it!!

I did a Google search to find out how to completely remove Safari and then I ran a fresh install.
