Yeah, what are you studying again? OCTA/OC (don't remember which one)?
Purely from a professional perspective, how many people would you need to handle her (my hostmom was a OCTA and she had to be able to lift twice her body weight, ditto for my mom).

I'm going into Occupational Therapy-and I'm begining to see why so many OTs specialize in pediatrics! Yow! So far there hasn't been any mention of specific strength requirements, so if there is one for this school, they are keeping it pretty quiet.
(I got to assist a couple of weeks ago, and actually feed a developmentally challenged baby! Oh boy that was great! So I'm already leaning toward pediatrics. This 'person' could help push me over the proverbial edge, and I'm not even in the professional phase of school yet!)

I agree. People that big are just plain disgusting. What makes me even more mad is when they are given disabled status. We have a person at work who is as large as this woman. She rides around in an electric cart. What's interesting is seeing her in cafeteria. I have no sympathy.

There's a difference between between chubby, fat, and her. Fat people are at a disadvantage in our society, but in most cases, it's their own fault.
But she is beyond fat, I think she should be treated like anyone else with a disease: getting her to loose at least enough weight so she can walk by herself.
