Apple CEO Tim Cook spotted at video game designer Valve's headquarters

I'm calling it: Valve wants to launch a game at an Apple keynote. And unlike iD, they will actually follow thru.

The question is: Is Valve working on an iOS title? Or do they want to demo DOTA2 perhaps? Or a newer game, like, I don't know, HALF-LIFE 3!!!

I'm gonna go lie down before I have a heart attack.

I wonder if this has anything to do with their rumored SteamBox.

Easy now, that's like waiting for Diablo 3 (which I also played at PAX).

I suppose Valve might be bringing their game titles to the Mac App Store. They do sell their games thru other download sites, after all.

I can't see how that works. If the SteamBox is just a PC with standardized components, why would they need Apple? Apple would just be an expensive middle man, and there are cheaper middle men out there. Or is there some reason they would want the SteamBox to run OS X and not Windows? I can't see it.

Everyone wants a piece of the Apple now that they're the COOL KID on the block. Where was Valve 10 years ago?

Yeah, and they weren't giving Apple the time of day.
