I downloaded the Developer Preview just for kicks. Well, one of the first things you must do is name your PC. You can name it anything you want, as long as you don't use any of a list of 31 characters in the name. Yes sir! Anything at all, but don't use any of those 31 characters.

The ribbonized Explorer makes me want to vomit in terror. If Microsoft keeps going in the direction they're on, Apple will be able to release Mac OS X 10.10 for PCs and become the dominant desktop OS.

Am I reading that wrong? Is the hyphen on the list of 31, but included in the example?

"Example: home-pc" has both a colon and a space.

Nothing like rebooting a computer twice and running repair 4 times to get it to connect to an unsecured base station.

Oh btw there's no way to close an application outside of the task manager even though the application switching is unidirectional and one at a time.
