TransparentDock probelems

For some reason, whenever I make changes in TransparentDock, they dont't apply properly. For example if I choose black application triangles, silver ones appear. Also if I choose a transparent white background, a black one is shown. Its almost like its using settings from my previous docks. Also when I reset it a few times it works, but after rebooting my Mac, it goes all different again.
HELP!

It;s not yet compatible with 10.4.2. Give it a few days. ClearDock works in the interim, btw.

If you're not running the latest version of shapeshifter, some themes will skin the dock regardless of TransparentDock settings. You don't mention shapeshifter, but in case you do use it, that could be the cause.

Yes, 2.1.1 fixes this issue. TransparentDock settings will be retained regardless of the theme.

I have been having problems with this program ever since the Tiger update, even using all the latest versions. One options that I had always used, to make the triangles transparent, would not stick as reliable as it did in Pnather. Still a great app though.
