Apple Store "Chat Now" Feature Won't Work in Safari

Everytime I go to the online Apple Store page, I can't get the Chat Now feature to work. This is what it says when I try the Chat Now: "TEXT/IMAGE FOR SYSTEM NOT AVAILABLE".
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as well as an explanation.

would you kindly provide an URL for the page in which the "Chat now" function exist?. The word "chat" is not found in the front page of store.apple.com (at least the US store).

I believe it only shows up when you are using a student discount, thats the only time I noticed it.

It only shows when people are around...it's not 24/7...and probably not on Sunday's. Try again tomorrow.

It's never worked for me either. And I agree, it probably only shows when someone is available, though it seems to always be there whenever I go to the page.

i can see it now on the Store page~ says here: Chat now, and when i click the icon, the webpage will display with the words as followed:EXT/IMAGE FOR SYSTEM NOT AVAILABLE
