When my son got his iPhone 6 Plus a few days ago, it took several tries to get all his music to sync over from his prior iPhone 5 backup via iTunes/USB cable. When it was all finally working, he turned on Find My iPhone and most of the music suddenly become greyed out and unplayable. This happened twice. iCloud Drive is NOT enabled. Any suggestions?

This is an iPhone issue, not an OS X issue, so I'm moving it to the correct forum.

Yes, we do have two accounts. However this was never a problem with iPhone 5 or ios7

Yeah, I think it is now. The new "Family Sharing" thing is implemented a little differently. I've never set up a device with iCloud features spanning two accounts on iOS 8 yet, but things have changed, that I know.

When I got my iPhone6 . I firstly slided my iPhone to set the country and proper language and connected it with WiFi to extract the things from the backup. Infact I had my cellular data pack but I preferred to get connected with WiFi, because few applications get triggered only with WiFi
