What the hell. I'm not as pretty, so I'll have to be a little more, um, creative about this.

When I was in high school I showed up for my senior pictures wearing denim shorts, and then a jacket/tie/whatever. i was basically presentable from the waste up. I was not especially pleased to deal with it, but needed the photos but by god i wasnt about to put any effort into it.. hehe

I immediately told them I wasn't going to do any 'full body shots' and that I wasn't going to need to change clothes at any point either. I also refused to do any of those stupid hand poses. Who wants to see a guy doing like a fake thinking pose? Maybe for girls it might look ok but for me no thanks.

Anyway I was in and out of there in a few minutes. It was great.

Too funny. I take all my pictures with my hands in the exact same position yours are in. My wife gives me a hard time about it.

What's really funny? I grew up in NJ. (It must be a "joisey" thing)

No!!!! don't make fun of me because I'm bald whatever shall I do?!? [/end sarcasm] Actually I thought the images needed a little contrast compared to the "pretty" faces originally posted (no offense, although at first I thought I was looking at a backstreet boys poster)

Anyway ChaChi where's yours? Or do you also fall into the "pretty boy" category

MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH [/end diabolical laughter]

Face Ache, I am sorry I made you look at me

And no my pic was not for a graduation photo, I am 17, that is still a few months away. That pic was actually from my grade 11 bio class. One of my best friends took it, he considers himself to be a photographer of sorts, thus the black and white. I should not have had my hand in front of my face like that when it was taken... Anywho, Russ gave most of us pictures of us that he had taken for christmas presents this year, nice gift if you ask me. Anyways, I chose that pic cus it was a present, and because it is the only one I have scanned.

philzilla I love the hair, my hair is about half that length now, I am keeping it in a pony tail, gonna go back to the style in my pic though.

rjenkinson about how long can you go on a fully charged battery?

ringo has a nicely shaped head don't you think? lol

MikeM32, that is how I stand most of the time too. Btw

And keep on posting people. Its not like doing so is going to kill you. You might get a few people making fun of you, but you might also get a stocker of your very own!!! Maybe I will find an ugly one of myself just for dgs212 And personally I think it is cool to see who is staring back at my posts on the other side of the world, it gives a greater sense of reality to the this other world that I spend half my waking hours in.

Your posts are much more interesting to me if I don't have a preconcieved idea of what you look like. It is your one chance to leave your age/height/sexuality/weight/colour at the door and concentrate on your mind. Why blow that opportunity?

It's a bit like the difference between reading a book and then watching the movie version. Interesting visuals but always slightly disappointing, and it kills the mental images you got from the book.

Perhaps strangely, I think the people here are probably closer to my mental image of them than their actual photo anyway. Thats just a skin they''re wearing, after all. It's all about the mind IMHO.

Also (most importantly): Once you post your picture, these people archive it ( ) and it will haunt you in photoshopped nightmares FOREVER!!!!

I would rather see a photo of someone you admire and an explanation of why.

I don't really think anyone here is ugly.

"Interesting" perhaps...

Mine is most definately a senior picture. I never look that good in real life. Of course, I paid $400 for that session, so they'd better do a good job of beautifiing me.

This is what I look like normally.

And no staring at Amy, she's mine and you can't have her.

::blushes:: Awww, all that loafing and eating everything in sight has really paid off. (God I love my metabolism).

Well if you wanna grab my dig camera, snap a decent pic, then bring it into PS, save to web, load it to the iDisk, and remember the url.....then be my guest. I'm far to lazy at this point.....
