Silk with Milk. Isn't that some kind of sin?

(First post in a really long time!)

Awesome stuff, justinp!! I'd only change 2 things:
Keep the Apple logo in the Apple menu. Though that's ridiculously picky of me.
I'd keep the white indeterminate progress indicator. It looks way too odd to me as "gray milk".

If I talk to Max soon I'm gonna have to beg for him to add this as an official Milk variant, though from the other reactions, it doesn't look like this will be necessary.

You mean keep the Apple in the clicked state? If so, the only reason it changes is because it would be cramped by the slim selectors in its current form, and too small (IMO) if I were to shrink it down to fit better. I could always make the selectors taller, but then I think they might be getting too close to the menubar edges (though people who don't run a smaller font like myself would probably prefer the extra room for text...)

As for the indeterminate progress, I'm not sure what you mean.

That's actually how I was planning on doing it at first, but I scrapped it because I thought a darker indicator would serve the purpose better (would be easier to tell at a glance).

Nice work. Sure would rock if it had a few color variations for the "metal".

Aah, I see what you mean. In that case, I wouldn't change the menu selection just for that. In the other direction then, I'd put the arrow in for the Graphite Apple menu (normal) state or something.

As for the indeterminate progress, I'm not sure what you mean.

The milk drop. Granted, the gray milk drop looks good on the gray background that's in FMM, but I'm just so used to seeing it in white. Since the rest of the buttons and other elements are white, I think that it'd match better if you used the white one that's in the official Milk theme.

*Notes once again that Full Metal Milk rocks!*

Ooooh, I thought you were talking about indeterminate progress bars, and couldn't figure what you meant. Yeah, I'll check out how the white drop blends on the gray background (it's currently too subdued, I didn't check it before I packaged everything up).

Fair idea about the arrow as a graphite menu icon.

Good thing I just ate Taco Bell, or else I'd be vomiting from the mere thought of Silk+Kashi.

Bah, we need a product called Kashi...
