I heard on the grapevine that it was possible for a Mac to link in to a video conference being held on the PictureTel equipment (that has since been bought by Polycom) if the conference is running over a network.

I work for a large multinational company that is based in New York and Paris. We regularly conduct conference calls and I am here in Australia. Most of the time these calls are held by audio on my end while the others enjoy video through the PictureTel. These run across our global network which I can access.

Anyone heard of the Polycom WebOffice product and can it work in this situation?

Needless to say I am the only Mac user!

TIA,

Jordan
