Have just pulled my ATI remote wonder out of the cupboard after about 12 months of inuse. Been travelling and haven't really had the ideal set up to date but now I'm a little more settled.

I downloaded the latest software from ATI (very slow site btw!!) as my latest Mac didn't have it. Installed it and nothing happened. Rebooted and it appeared to be working but very quickly stopped working again.

Has anybody else had this problem? Is anyone even still using this?

Any suggestions more than welcome.

TIA,

Jordan

I've been having a similar problem. It appears to work for a few minutes after restart and then stops. I need to restart to get it to work again.

Glad someone else is having this problem and it's not just me. What are the next steps?

My installation is pretty vanilla as the machine is still quite new.

Time to canvass ATI yet???

I have problem too, with a new macmini and Tiger. It works only with the predefiend buttons (such as play, stop, forward and so on). But if I want to get to the advanced feautures, and program for example that 1 on remote should be Command+F, thats not possible anymore.

Ive been in touch with callsupport, and the told me they should chack it out, but hounestly... Seems like they eigther had to few error reports, or that the product is to cheap. I think they give it up.

Grrr - i really used their advanced features. Please, mail them your problems so they at least consider making a new driver.
