My work machine is a 1.8ghz single G5 and I have just added 2gb of memory from Crucial. However, when I hit the power, I get two deep beeps, the fans kick in and the power light flashes twice repeatedly - I daren't leave it long enough to see if it boots up.

Any ideas - my boss is going to kill me!

It's not going to boot. Take out the DIMMs you just added - there's got to be something wrong with them.

Please don't just name a thread `help me!!!', it's just digital noise and is not helpful at all!
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.
