Hi ,.. i recently bought a Sapphire ATI 8500LE OEM and flashed it with the OS 9 method.. now here it is .. before i had an Asus geforce 2 MX-400 32 MB (flashed to 235/235) .. and now with th 8500 i saw no performance improvement at all .. RTCW runs even worse ...

note: the card is flashed to 230/230

any ideas ?

I didn't think the LE had had much success on the Mac? Oh well, not sure.

Flash it to 275/275, if the LE goes to that?

What have you tried as tests? You may be CPU bound. With a G4 450, the Radeon 8500 won't even break a sweat. I don't think a Dual 1.25 G4 will be pushing the Radeon 8500 to it's limits until you get to the higher resolutions (1600x1200).
