How to Get Burn Icon back on Dock

Forgive me for asking such an elementary question, But i'm stumped here.
For whatever reason the (radioactive looking)burn icon is no longer in my dock. I've searched for the folder containing it using the finder to no avail.
Any guidance would be much appreciated.
I think that once I find the folder, I can just drag the icon to the dock.

Hmmm, do you mean the "Radioactive" burn icon that appears when you hover a CD/RW over what is normally the Trash icon in the dock? That one?

There is no icon, insert a blank CD, drags some files and then try to eject the CD via the eject/trashcan dock icon
