There are some youtube clips that I'd like to keep on my desktop as quicktime mov. I love to collect good ones. So is there a way or what?

So, I tried but it doesn't work with OS X? I tried to get a 'FLV Player' but it's for Windows?
Any help would be appreicated!

FLV will only play in MPlayer for OSX available at Macupdate.com. also try FFmPegx, to convert to Quicktime

Basically some of them...the only way to do it would be a videocamera on a tripod.

not sure what the others are talking about, but why dont you give this a go:
download with http://keepvid.com/
then convert to mp4 with http://www.isquint.org/

Ha ha ha! Or how about drawing frame-by-frame sketches, and stapling them together into a flipbook.

Snapz Pro costs money. I'm looking for something that is free. Why can't YouTube just make a download button?

Hey Guys, I got it figured out with www.keepvid.com and cool software called "VisualHub". Thanks for all of your help!

Thanks a lot! I guess I'm gonna buy VisualHub to convert videos longer than 2 minutes.
