How long the LCD of the Ti lasts??

Well the topic says it all. How long??? 2 years 3 or more????We talk
about excessive work.The computer is gonna be on for many many hours.I'm gonna do most of my work on the Ti so I want it to stay at good condition as long as it can...

It will likely stay in "good condition" for ten years if it is not dropped, squashed, touched, used, etc., but is that what you really want your notebook to be doing all day?

It is likely the notebook will become obsolete in three years. The LCD should last about five or six under normal to heavy use. It's a tool; use it.
