Well, since I got really annoyed with Finder taking its sweet time to copy all the files when I want to burn a CD-R and worse yet when I want to burn a DVD-R ... so I decided to update my Toast Ti 5.1.1 to 5.2 using the downloaded updater > but 5.2 does not work! 5.1 still launches fine.

Every time I try to launch it gives me that Application XXX quit enexpectidly ... yeah no sh*t tell me about it ... I was expecting it NOT to tell me that.

All this on 1Ghz Ti w/ SD, 10.2.4 and latest security update installed. Is anyone having a similar problem? I will try reinstalling 5.0 > update to 5.1 > update to 5.2 today ... and 5.0 to 5.2 and see if that helps > or I will just keep using 5.1.1, too bad it does not have support for CD TEXT and a few other features.

Thanks.

That happened to me too, then I rebooted into OS 9 to burn with Toast, and ever since it has worked fine in OS X. Go figure. Maybe the OS X code felt threatened and decided to shape up.
