Any software that can emulate the Tiger's Finder look like a Leopard?
Or any piece of apps that can make the Tiger's Finder easier to use

Uno is as close as you can get.

Your brain. If you fix permissions and optimise the use of your brain then all file managers are easy and quick.

There are some alternatives to make the new Leopard finder look somewhat like translucent and have a brighter blue color. Some alternatives using Shapeshifter to modify the look of the operating system. You can use a variety of themes to customize the look of Finder and other Mac OSX windows.

Uno is another popular program which lets you customize the look and feel of windows, this can give you the "Unified Look" thats present within Leopard.

I personally like to use MenuShade, its a completely free program which lets you either dim the Menu bar to reduce strain or apply some transparency as advocated with the new Leopard Finder menu bar.
