Helloooooo!

Thought I would post after a few months of silence screenie-wise.
Oh, and lookit: Steph has been using the same db for 3 months! A record for me.
I love the way I have it now, but have been trying to find more aqua-wood-ish icons to add.
Oh well, here it goes. Enjoy as always, and just ask if you wanna know something.

Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast!

I never did like the dock. It has its uses, but I try to keep apps out of it as much as possible. I like the easier access of apps from the desktop since they are always in the exact same place, plus if I change the icons, I tend to recognize the position and text label too.

have you tried anything like quicksilver. it's free and if you change the trigger to something like option apple spacebar it works well with spotlight. use spotlight for document and everything searching, use quicksilver for launching apps (since it is faster for app searching than spotlight)

Click

That screenshot made me realize pink's the only color I hadn't used yet. Everything's pink. Natalie's hair is pink. The calendar is pink. The sky in WeatherPop Advance is even pink!

And now it's back to normal. But now I know I've done pink before..

Uh oh.. purple. Haven't done purple..

I've been enjoying this thread so much, I thought I'd contribute a little (esp. since I don't see many darker themed shots anymore).

My humble screenshot:

mdc, where did you get those drive icons? Gotta link? TIA!

To dislike Sinatra is a sign of highly questionable taste. To dislike the Beatles is a serious character flaw.

haha, sorry, I'm no racist/bigot, I'm pretty liberal about these things. I just have an ongoing joke with a friend. All my guy friends, I label "Homos", and all my girl friends, I label "Dykes". Nothing more than a joke, really.

Sorry if I offended anyone. Should've blurred that out too.

NO! NO! NO!
Please don't get me wrong!

I was just asking why he separated "Homos" from the other people. I just used the wrong word. Sorry for being unclear.
I have nothing against homos, in example I would have banned some homo guys from my AIM list (which I did not do).

I really like your pixelart icons in a couple of your dirty desktops at your site (in a folder marked 'rami'). Are they available for download by a shmuck like myself ?

in safari you can hit CMD+1-9 to get to your bookmark bar items. the digits (from OSX character Palette) represent 9 of my favorite sites. so basically it's shortcuts to your sites. the RSS it's actually safari "show all bookmarks" i just didn't find an icon that i like yet so i use that 1 for now.

i hope this helps you ❶
