The fourth one is quite good. If you're having a hard time deciding, why not just rotate between all of them?

Do you know how to make several of them rotate automatically? Just random? I've wanted to do that before.

You could either set up FTP uploads to overwrite the image file periodically (all would be named the same, "sig.gif" or something) or probably use a PHP script that randomly loads a different sig.

Thanks for the input guys, I really like 1 & 4 as well (it's fun thinking of UI stuff to make a sig out of); however, they aren't to scale which bothers me...

I don't like baseball, and the UI ones are kind of... meh. So I pick the ~/ one.

Although Erik's UI one is very nice.
