These arrows appear on an image in the Keynote section of the Apple Site. Does anyone know where I can find them (or something similar) for use in presentations?
Once you've made a line/arrow editable (via Format --> Form --> Make Editable or some such - I'm on a German system), you can add Bezier handles by option-clicking on the line.
