This is kinda sad, but heartwarming at the same time.

Eh... take it from someone who's had his car robbed 3 times. It sucks, and you're far more likely to lose something than gain.

This is the opposite of getting something stolen from your car.

What the heck is money compared to love anyway? If that man's/woman's love was gone and left this ring then there would be no reason to keep it. Perhaps it could bring something good to anothers life, so this love was not in vain but managed to do bring something good to this world despite all.

cheers

I'd rather have the girl than the ring.
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

I think he made the whole thing up to get attention - because his girlfriend dumped him - and he's hoping that she'll read the story and feel sorry for him and take him back.

On the other hand, Vince Foster never really was accounted for, now was he? Could be a sympathy play for Hillary.

Well, it's somewhat vague, though (my emphasis):

Hopefully this will land in the hands of someone you love, for my love is gone now.
For all we know, she could have died.

That's true.

He was probably talking about Courtney. As in Courtney Love. She's gone now, isn't she? Locked up in the pokey?

I always found it amusing that Courtney Love loves court - she's always in court.
