The UB is at macupdate.com. Quake III Arena 1.3.2c - MacUpdate

Question for you guys, is there a version of Quake III that doesn't require a CD key? I can't find the game for sale anymore and I have a few friends that want to play Urban Terror with me but can't because of the CD key.

Okay, I just had a look at ioquake3 and it says built upon the open source version of Quake III and it still has a CD key entry. Is there any way to play online with others without a CD key?

Isn't Urban Terror a standalone mod? I didn't think it required a key.

I thought I remembered seeing an 'invalid cd key' message at one time years ago. I downloaded the iourbanterror and it never asked for one when I played online so it looks like you don't need it.

Maybe it's just the ioUrbanTerror that didn't require a key. A mod for the original may have.
