I just wanted to show off a picture of my MacBook Pro on its custom stand. I built this stand to fit under my Cinema display with the lid closed.

I keep the resolution at 2560 x 1600 and the text is really small so I like to sit pretty close to the display when I work.

That is pretty similar to the new setup I have. Are those feet fixed or rollers? What other tricks were involved?

Nice. Want to make me one? I've been eyeballing the 30" ACD for a while now... and is that a Treo 650? Right on.

The feet are solid stainless steel cabinet handles I got at Lowes. I just cut out a piece of 1/4" Lexan rounded the corners and sanded the edges. I drilled holes for the knobs and used beveled head screws so the screw head would be flush.
