I am thinking about getting an ADC student subscription (one that is $99 per year) and was wondering how the part about me getting a copy of Mac OSX works. Basically my question is if I subscribe right now Apple sends a copy of Tiger OSX desktop and server and then when Leopard comes out do I also get desktop and server copies as well too? Or in order to get Leopard should I wait until its released and then sign up for ADC?

To be safe, I would wait until Leopard is officially released. That way, you'll have no regrets.

No need to worry. You'll get Leopard in the mail a few weeks after it's released.
