Burning EyeTV program in Toast - file too big

	I recorded 1hr 30 minutes of TV the other night (digital standard def) and the file size in EyeTV is 4.4gb. I export this to Toast 8 to burn and toast says it won't fit on a DVD as the file is 4.53gb and the black DVD+R has 4.38gb free space. What can I do to burn this other than buying some dual layer DVDs?
