Hi everyone.

I have a MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo 15" and it keeps crashing and things like quick look will only work once before i have to relaunch the finder to get quick look to work again. All apps including safari 4 (final version) keep crashing and "need to be relaunched". I don't know why but need some help to resolve the issues. If i restart it doesn't change.

Please Help!

Either a RAM or hard drive problem, I'd venture.

First Create a new user. then see if this user has problems.
Then if there are still problems, perform an "Archive and Install". This will reinstall the OS, but keep all your files.
If there are still issues, might be a hardware issue.
I free'd my mind... now it won't come back.

thanks guys - but I don't have enough space to do an archive or create a new user. only got 9 gig left.

That could be part of the problem, Snowy. It's not good to run your system with such little free space.

I agree with Big Mac--archive stuff off your HD, you'll get much better performance. Figure out which music you aren't listening to, stuff like that.
