I've been playing around with SuperCal on my MBP, and I like the results of my tweaking, but I was curious to know if anyone here has some professionally-calibrated or otherwise well-calibrated ColorSync profiles for the 15" MBP, and if they could post them up.

Thanks!

"Well calibrated" only applies to an individual display, not even comparable between different units of the same model.

It's also worth pointing out that the quality of the calibration of a monitor is also location specific (as the degree of colour "pollution" from reflective surfaces etc around about will influence your own perception of the colours on the screen). It isn't actually possible to have a really well calibrated laptop screen unless you never move it or unless you have different profiles for different locations.

Its very ture, Calibration simply helps get you close to where you need to be.

But, if your making a Website or something you definitely want to test it on various computers, especially PCs.

I spent some time setting up the built in colorsync calibration and was quite happy, then I purchased a Huey and the difference is amazing. My previous calibration was way out, greys are now really grey.

I would recommend buying a colour calibration tool,I found huey by pantone nice and affordable.
