The price of Apple TV in the states has gone from $299 to $229, but in the UK it has remained at £199.. am I missing something or is this just really unfair? Maybe it will come down when movie rentals are available here?

No, just another example of American companies shafting us UK customers.

Adobe CS3 is another example.

Fixed™ for Truthiness®. I was getting shafted in the UK and now I'm getting shafted in France. They don't specifically hate Brits, although I'm starting to get the impression they specifically hate me...
