i accidentally removed the download stack from my task bar at the bottom. i figured out how to get it back once, but then it didnt show my most recent downloads when i clicked on the stack, basically, it was like it was originally, before i accidentally removed it. is there any way i can reset my task bar ? or how can i get the download stack back and make it show the most recent downloads at the bottom, or the most recent ones are in view when i click on it etc.

1. You may want to see about getting your shift key fixed.

2. It's called the Dock, not the task bar (that's windows)

3. All you have to do is drag your downloads folder from a Finder window to your Dock. Right-click on the icon to change it's settings.
