I'm trying to back up some of my data onto a hard drive. Whether I try to move the file itself or archive it first, I get an error "The operation cannot be completed because you do not have sufficient priveleges."

I've repaired disk permissions with no luck.

Is there a quick and easy way to fix this problem (which will also fix all the other files where I might not have "sufficient privileges")?

thanks,

lw
