If crossgrading from FCP 4.5 to FC Studio thru the universal bineary deal, does it come with Quick Time Pro?

Just shooting from the hip here but it would seem logical as QT Pro is part of the FC Studio package.

I just recieved my FCS crossgrade a few days ago. And unless I missed it, I did not see a Quicktime Pro serial number. :/

Final Cut Pro includes QuickTime Pro so you should already have a serial number.

When FC Studio is installed, Quicktime Pro is activated automatically. No QTP serial number is required. Check the registration info in System Preferences/Quicktime/Register.
