Go to user center, edit options, and select yes for "Pop up a box when you receive a Private Message?"
That way you won't need to check it manually.

Added you on iChat, so we can discuss possibilities. =)

Update: I've been working on LuGUI now for six hours solid.. Got the following done;
Fixed half a dozen misc bugs.
Fixed + 100% finished the Finder buttons.
Boot panel (Not (and possibly never?) implemented yet).
 Other misc images finished.
Fixed the biggest bug so far, that was effecting a "background" behind buttons/text in carbon apps; in the end I had to completely redo my well images, but I'm not 100% pleased, so I'm probably going to redo them again, and lighten them a touch..

It took me nearly 3 hrs to fix the last one, because I changed the backgrounds (bar the toolbars) to all the same exactly colour (which they should of been), then I had a different problem and had to colour one bright red, export, apply, open testing app, repeat until I found which were the problem..

Thank God I had some good music (Keane + Death Cab for Cutie) to listen to, or I might have gone nuts.. =)

Hey Rick, you are seriously getting lots of fan mails now.

Perhaps sometimes you need to let your lappie take a break, like while you are foraging for food or something.

But anyway, great theme definitely. I will use it. Keep up the good work.

School internet connection is not allowing me to come on iChat...

Hehe, get that connection fixed Alex!

Okay BIG IMPORTANT UPDATES: I gots the betas for the next versions of ThemePark and ShapeShifter from Smeger (Yaaaay!*SQUEAL*), and I'm going to be working towards including all the new stuff on the initial release, so 1.0.0 should be a very nice release.

Some things will get changed. I don't want to say what because I'm not allowed to say what's new.. Soo.. Just expect new things in general I guess.. =D

I didn't work a lot on LuGUI today because I was tired.. Unfortunately I won't get to work on it any tomorrow 'cause I'm super busy and out..

@Beta testers: I'll keep trying on getting the 0.8.0 out ASAP, but unfortunately I won't be able to send any Beta after 0.9.0 because then I'll be incorporating new ShapeShifter features, and I'll be relying on other SS-testers to test LuGUI. Sorry, but can't be helped.

That's right, there's no backwards compatibility with the new ThemePark builds and SS 1.2.
btw I PMed you about testing LutetiumGUI.

I don't wanna ruin everybody's fun but I must have been the only one who didn't go much on (I did the preview images for macthemes) . To me the preview looked better than the theme actually does.

been testing various incarnations and providing feedback for about 2 weeks now. i note two things: 1) sexxi works fast; 2) the macthemes preview does LutetiumGUI no justice

Haha I got the day off from doin' work.. I haven't got time to take any time off from doing it now. It's a mad rush.

Yes, they do.

Ouchie. But regardless, MacThemes previewed a much earlier build - things are tweaked, bugs are squashed and now with new SS stuff I can do some things that were holding LuGUI back. I hope I can change your mind with the first release.

Cheers Muff. Shame you won't be able to test past 0.8.0... But then you can help test LuMetem and stuff. =D

I wasn't rating anything. I was just making a comment. Nowhere in my post did I rate anything, or even speak about your theme.

No need to get your panties in a knot.

I swear, it has gotten really hostile in this part of the forum lately.

Anywayz, the screenie in the desktop thread does indeed look great, Rick. Nice quality control on your standards again!
