That's someone in Jacksonville Fl, I live next to the Smokys. His Twitter and Facebook is Magick72, my Photobucket is Magick72, just some type of coincidence of using the same account name for different services.

It's also weird cause that Magick72 is also into cars:

4A-GE MK1 Engine Easy engine mods for a newbie.

It's okay if your name is Todd

Cars are a pretty common hobby for men. As I've said before on here, my name is Michael (or Miguel). I'm most definitely not a... umm... portly fella in Jacksonville.

It appears that you assumed that the owner of the Facebook and Twitter accounts also used "Magick72" on Photobucket, and that's not correct.

I didn't really think about it, it's just a name I came up with when I was setting up a PB account to use for MacNN. Now that I think about it, he may be a little put out that someone else claimed it there.

I'm not trying to make it sound like I disbelieve him, or am trying to mock him in anyway, shape or form, I just find the notion of Shaddim being a Todd humorous. I can't explain why, it just seems funny to me, and the LOLs are at the heart of this, there is nothing there but just my usual silliness.

he shows his little Audi station wagon packed full of clothes (Safety Clown says: way to block rear visibility), or towing a dresser and/or small boat and he's telling me to suck it!!!! Suck what, I never suggested you can't tow light items with your car, but it should be noted to the one talking about Rob's car towing a 6500 lb Airstream; the Audi Q7 (decidedly NOT Rob's choice) is rated with towing capacity of 5500 pounds. So yes... you might be able to tow any number of things... unsafely.

Otherwise, I really don't give a rat's ass. My point in this thread was merely to mock anti-consumerism dressed up in arguments against SUVs; not try to identify the root cause of posters' social ineptitude or start a fight with sek.

Yeah... it's rare that you'll see such a mistake from me so I can appreciate how important it would be for you to seize on that.

Nice pics BTW. When you're ready to actually see out of your back window and/or tow something larger than a row boat, some clothes, and a dresser -- the Audi Q7 will be waiting for you and the diesel gets 28mpg while also having GOOD BRAKES -- SUCK IT!!!! Otherwise, judging by your posting style here; you might be mentally inferior to virtually everyone in this thread including any contributors still mired in the throes of puberty.

[citation needed] Crossover SUVs have different safety standards than sedans?

Also, not sure about that. Sidewall numbers are the ASPECT RATIO of width. So I may very well have small sidewalls than you, because the width is smaller.
Yeah, skinny tires sure sound like fun.

[citation needed]- depends from model to model. Not sure what you want.
Clearly.

Totally. If you ignore capabilities like slalom, cornering, rollover angle, center of gravity, mpg, safety, top speed, acceleration, interior volume, etc and only look at towing capacity and cargo room, yeah, SUV = more capable. I don't ignore those things though.
Let's talk some more about my extra 5 inches of rear leg room, because you seem to be forgetting about that a lot. Also my better gas mileage. And do you run 87 octane on that chipped ECU/turbo?

And if my FULLSIZE 18 year old car was an SUV, it'd be even heavier. My point was that two vehicles of comparable size, year, construction, etc, the SUV will be heavier. And more top heavy.
Who cares what cars weighed back then? You're the one comparing your old ass car to brand new crossover SUVs.

As for my car's weight, it really isn't that bad, especially when you look at the weight of other fullsize vehicles (even today). Ford Taurus is 3800, Any crown vic/marquis/towncar (4300), NEWER a6/S6 (4300!), etc etc etc.
So you admit your "more mass = bad : SUVs = bad" argument is stupid then?

"If the data doesn't support my biased, preconceived notions, question the data."

.85, stock.
Hahahaha

No idea what you're yammering on about.
I said, "I have more interior room than you."

You said, "Maybe you do, I'm not sure"

I said, "No, I definitely have more interior room than you."

Caught up, now?

MRC Tuning Stage 1. Google it.
Ah, no dyno, just guestimating. Got it.

And I chipped my car getting an additional 60hp, so...
estimated

You quoted "much higher towing capacity" as this strong argument... considering I tow everything I need just fine, I'm wondering what you tow that is bigger than what I tow... cuz I'm just guessing that it isn't.
"Strong"? It was one of many benefits. I never said it carried more weight than any of the other arguments (you know, like more interior space and better mpg that you keep forgetting about). What do I tow? Motorcycle and cars, for thousands of miles. But like I said, your heavy ass car would probably be pretty stable for towing.

Actually, NO. The interior quality of german cars in the early to mid 90s was pretty unparalelled; that was the main selling point. blah blah blah
You're hilarious, and you avoided my question. Has no advancement been made in interior design and material in the past 18 years? Of course your interior is better than a '95 Explorer, but who cares? All of those got crushed in Cash for Clunkers.

Because it doesn't. It's slower, heavier, taller, has more drivetrain loss (guessing you have an auto) has less grip, worse braking,
Wait...the guy with AWD is complaining about drivetrain loss?

Still waiting for you to address the fact that I get better gas mileage, a nicer interior, and more space than your car.

Disadvantage of visiting a lot of small airports: no separate line for me. Sure, the dedicated Global Services check-in at O'Hare is great, but I've gotten to use it like three times. Also finally got approved for TSA Pre-check at the beginning of the year, which I've only gotten to use once or twice.

I feel you. After years of small airports, I really enjoy having ORD my home airport. You get all the bells and whistles.

I would be afraid to visit you, you would probably seek revenge on me by hanging a bucket of fence over a door in your house or something.
