Corrupt SystemPreferences.app?

I removed the Class Pref Panel since I do not use classic at all. But now when I try to install WindowShade X or TinkerTool, neither show up. Any Ideas?

Have you created a home for them? You need to make a new folder in ~/Library, and call it PreferencePanes.
