Haven't heard about it in the rumor mill, nor seen it on the Jobs pages of Apple's own website, but . . . it looks like they're going to open an Apple Store at Menlo Park Mall in Edison.

I say this because there was an opening for "Mac Genius - Edison, NJ" on Monster.com about a week ago. (Of course, I applied.) Where else could it be?

This should be cool. Short Hills was far better than Tice's for me (25 miles vs. 50), but Menlo Park is perfect -- a simple ten-minute drive!

That's STUPID.

Ok, maybe not. I mean Short Hills is kinda exclusive. Maybe they want to get more "mainstream" traffic.

It boggles my mind, though, that they'd be so close to each other. We're talking 20 minutes TOPS on a good day with no traffic (Rt. 24->Parkway->Exit 130).

*SIGH* ANother shirt to get.

I'd love to see one up here in North Eastern NJ myself. I can't get to any of these damn Apple stores since I don't drive. It would be neat just to check out one of these places finally.
