I've solve this problem now I just hope someone can explain it to me! I work for a newspaper we use a program called ad manager to transfer ad files across from the server. We then open them in multiad creator. I recently installed our software on some new G4s and 2 worked fine 2 others had a problem where an apple script that updates our headers. The machines kept csaying that the script wasn't in the script additions folder even though it was. I tried using the OS 9.1 only set and it worked like a charm. I then proceded to turn on all the extensions one by one I got everything turned on and it still worked. I went back to the set I was having problems with and turned evereything off until I was left with only the OS 9 essentials. This set kept coming up with the error. I made a new set and turned off all the extensions I had before and it worked perfectly. Can someone explain to me why this happend?

your explanation lacked capitalization and was confusing.

Therefore, even though I can unlock the secrets of your Mac, I will not help you!
