Hello,
I ran Disk First Aid and got a message:
Checking disk Leviathan.
Checking "Mac OS Standard" volume structures.
Problem: The field in the Master Directory Block representing the first allocation block is wrong., -1, 0
Checking wrapper System file.
Checking "Mac OS Extended" volume structures.
Problem: The field in the Master Directory Block representing the first allocation block is wrong., -1, 0
Checking for locked volume name.

Checking volume info.
The volume Leviathan needs to be repaired.
The repair runs successfully, but after that, if I check the disk again, I get the exact same error. What this is not doing is preventing me from installing some software on the main drive. Programs like Retrospect do not register the drive at all, although everything seems to be purring along. No crashes
Any ideas?
Config:
Dual 500 G4/ 512 Ram / 40 Gig Internal / Radeon / Ultra160 w/ Ultra 160 drive... running 9.1
The Ultra 160 drive and card have posed absolutely no problems whatsoever.
Thanks
