Hello,
I'm looking for a kind of www sites 'dumper' (or web site logger if you like) for Mac OS X 10.5.
Basically for a tool that will save website on my hard disk or/and to PDF file in case of text.
There is similar tool on Windows called HTTTrack that can do this.
Do you know whereas something like this exists on Mac OS X ?
Thanks in advance for answers!
M.

Single pages you can simply do File->Save As... (Format: WebArchive) in Safari. You can also do File->Print and save as PDF in any OS X web browser.
There is also something like this
SiteSucker Home Page
which I personally never tried, so I do not recommend it.

I've used sitesucker before, and it works well for what it does. Don't know if that fits the bill for you though.

SiteSucker is likely a front end to Unix wget. You can install wget through Macports or Fink. It is a very useful tool for developers, as not only will it download websites for you, but it will also spider through your site the same way a search engine bot will, giving you an ideal what is and isn't accessible to search engines.

Paparazzi! is great for saving (single-page) websites to PDF/image files.

I tried Paparazzi and it has 3 potentially really good advantages over File->Print:
1) It does not use the print style sheet, so you get the same result as what you see on screen.
2) It does not split the web page onto multiple print pages.
3) It preserves functional links. Very nice.

I love Yojimbo (Bare Bones Software) because you can either print to a PDF or save an archive of a web page. Combined with Quicksilver this can be done super fast like! Plus, when you do this you can keep them tagged and organized, etc.
