You could use your iPhone to order your Harry Potter tickets.

My boyfriend was the same way - I own all the books and DVDs, but he'd only ever seen the movies (went with friends and family, went with me, etc). He started reading the books, and now he's totally hooked. He's staying up at all hours of the night reading them...the whole bit.

I started reading them just so I could practice my french, but now, I'm so hooked. I should be done with this one soon, but I'm trying to delay the finishing it, cause they're hard to find (in french).

Boyfriend is Japanese, and his grandparents have the books in Japanese. It's completely different looking than the English books (obviously), but what really struck me was the little images at the beginning of each chapter look really, really crappy. I mean, it literally looks like a kid drew the pictures. It totally takes away from the story - the artist for the American releases of the books, Mary GrandPré, has perfect illustrations for the story.

It would be like if someone other than Quentin Blake illustrated one of Roald Dahl's books.

<edit>
Just watched the trailer - I am not digging Daniel Radcliffe's hair at all.

They look like this?

I have always liked them. They are not ment to be life like full page illustrations of scenes. Mearly single simple stylish pictures of single objects or people. I think they fit perfectly. They don't replace the image in your mind, and allow you to use your imagination.

I totally agree about Daniel Radcliffe's hair though! nasty, and not what the books describe.

Aww crap I totally jumped to soon to reply, I missed that you said Mary GrandPré was not the one who did the Japanese ones. We totally agree then .
