Hopefully I can correct the issues little by little.

We'll start with this one- being there are tons of them in repeated groups.
PreferenceSyncClient[2302] Preference plist was NOT a dictionary.
Found Apple Support thread related
__________________________________________________ ________
It was asked if Growl is used, I do as well.
Not sure if it's a problem, I never see it in the console.

A Mention of plutil -
Quote-Nice thing about plutil is it'll validate plists without having to convert to text.
I'm not aware of this program yet.

Also mentioned - HoudahSpot & LittleSnitch programs.
Are these 2 something I should download and try?
Another site reference- noted possible MobileMe issue, and that would not surprise me.

There is a comment about Google, which closely matches my thoughts.
Also mentioned and I have some of the references in console - LaunchAgent issues

I found the problem. It was Google trying to connect to an unknown server. I had downloaded Chrome but didn't like it. Anyway, I used HoudahSpot to find everything Google after LittleSnitch reported Google trying to "phone home". I trashed everything GOOGLE and restarted last night. The console message is now gone.

Me thinks Google is doing more than what we may think it is.

The Google issue could be correct.... I am in the process of testing this...

What about Google Contact Syncing via Address Book? It explains how Google could be involved in the isync scenario... I have turned off Google Contact Syncing to test this theory... (I didn't even remember that it was on until I saw this message)

The files that were created when I configured it, are:

com.google.GoogleContactSyncAgent.plist @ ~/Library/LaunchAgents
com.google.ContactSync (folder) @ ~/Library/Application Support
com.google.GoogleContactSync.plist @ ~/Library/Preferences

So, if we take the error message at face value, either the LaunchAgent or preference file maybe damaged…

But of course, the root cause of this issue is that the error message is uninformative, and does not indicate which plist “is not a dictionary”. If Apple had indicated which plist was the cause, we would not be investigating this issue.

So where to start is now a bit confusing or there is an alternate process.

Success.
For the repeated Preference plist was NOT a dictionary messages anyway.

Explored the Utilities folder and found new software, Onyx.
Saw it had good reviews in search, and now that problem is fixed.

Next issue I'd like to fix.

I'm thoroughly confused as to what you are trying to do here, and why?

Trying to rid the console of errors. As in topic title.
One by one.
Vs entire console report.

So instead of blank question, I search google or apple to get a clue, and posted what was found.
For some who have similar, the process found may have worked.

But most posts are a bit over my head and too many shortcuts are left out to know or interpret the moves.

Why? Many of the things you have posted are not errors, but informative messages. The log files are for applications to post informative messages and debug stuff for troubleshooting. Just because you see something in the log file doesn't mean you have a problem. In fact, chances are you don't.

I suggest focusing on the root cause rather than the symptoms. Logs are not going to reveal much in the way of mysterious crashes and freezes/lockups.

You'll have to be more specific as to what you mean by mysterious crashes, but total freezes/lock ups can be caused by hardware problems and being low on RAM.

I was thinking the same on hardware.

Mostly Freeze Up.
I watch the ram 100%, and don't go past 6gb of the 8. Under 4 right now.
My thought is Hard Drive 1.
I performed a lot of clean up the last few days, and so far no freeze activity.
Last week it was forced down 6-10 times in a day doing very little activity and no sounds.
One, a video that stopped 1/3 the way, forcing shut down.

Today a few clink sounds were heard, and removed cover to hear better.
A few again opening a new app.
Not the typical smooth deep read sounds.
I was at OWC today looking at new drives, being the MP is 3.5 years old.
The sound could be drive read arms swinging a little too far.
More like gentle Morris code sounds trying to get a response.

Performed hardware test inserting OS disc the other day, but the good result
could be faking it.

Thanks for the tip.
