	Interactive demo/tutorial builders... there seems to be a plethora of options for PC. I am nearing completion of a web app, and would like to build interactive demos & tutorials for it (picture is worth 1,000 words). Something that I can record video screenshots, and add text, callouts, etc overtop of. I want it to also be able to export to either a standard flash SWF or a proprietary standalone format is ok as well, as long as it is cross-OS. I've been looking on google for 3 days now, and cannot find anything for OS X [all are Windows only]. Anybody know of anything?
