I just plugged in the RAM that I had ordered from OWC. I just put the Mac Pro back on line with all the cords connected. It works, it is still as silent, running. I hadn't done this before with this much of an investment. Thanks to those who have given me a chart as to how it works(d). If you can see what I typing you have credit to yourselves for the help you give. No sparks, no issues. I did plug my self into a negative wth the old wrist strap. Not that confident as to static. I am now at 9 Gb's and am at a point of wonder for RAM. Never had this much memory.

OK, enough of the yippee. How do I trace this with rember? I have it downloaded but don't know how to make sure it is OK. I have not installed it yet. Need some advice as to what is important for the new RAM. something about 4 max. Help, Please.
