I need to replace the damaged optical drive on my Mac Pro. While doing so I will also add a second OD in the lower bay so that I have the added capability. Which brand and type would you recommend? I am a working photographer and do not do any video work so I probably don't need a super drive? I do want the best I can purchase for my purposes of back up and storage of photographs and the occasional movie or whatever. Hope I am not being to vague. Will most likely purchase from OWC or NewEgg. I have had wonderful experience with OWC.
Thanks

A "SuperDrive" is just a DVD burner and a good idea for photographers so you can burn your backups on 4.7/8.5GB DVDs instead of 0.7GB CDs.

I'd go with the Pioneer DVR-116Ds from Newegg; less than $60 shipped for a pair. Don't pay more at OWC for a slower/less capable drive.
