It will work fine but not with US Cellular it won't.
USC is not a GSM carrier. Its CDMA meaning a GSM phone is worthless to someone using that service.
But as far as i know the Nextel i415 is not GSM anyway. And the main seller for that model was Boost Mobile so it wouldn't work for GSM carriers and would need a whole firmware wipe just to even try to use it with another CDMA carrier.

I saw US cellular phone and it didnt compute that US cellular was a carrier. I thought he was just asking for a phone from someone in the US.
