installed 10.6 yesterday (of course), and none of my apps show any services, except safari and pages, (which show "Capture Selection from Screen" and "Image Import")
i get "No Services Apply" in the other services menu.
is this correct? just want to be sure...

You also get a menu item (not sure what it's called in English) under "No services apply" that opens System Preferences (the keyboard panel). You can (and need to) turn on Services you want there.

With some loud music + a friend to chat nearby you can get alot done. - but jezz, I'd avoid it if I had the choice---- If only real people came with Alpha Channels.......:)

It's a bit annoying that the contextual menu doesn't show all the available services, but you have to use menubar services menu item to see them all. For example, in Safari the contextual menu gives me only the option to create a to-do, while my most frequent choice would be creating an email (available through the services menu).
I realize the list could in some cases be quite long, but those situations could surely be handled some simple way.
