Does anyone know any PC Card TV Tuner would work with PowerBook?

I found this one but it doesn't come with a Mac driver:

I found this link too but it cost Euro 249... I can use the same price to buy a 25 inch Chinese brand flat screen TV in Hong Kong. I am still thinking if I should get one.

The Satelco Easywatch is great. We sell it where I work.

Setup takes all of 15 seconds of user interaction and is done in like three minutes.

Satelco has also just dropped the price from 249 to 189 as of just a few days ago.

All in all,

The price drop is cool! It is now more affordable... I may have to reconsider it. But the reseller in Hong Kong still sells it sky high price... :-(

All in all,

Hi Spheric,

I have a couple of questions about this beastie I am hoping you can answer, couldnt find anything listed on the various selling sites..

What is the digital resolution, is it std def of hidef digital, (i.e. what size is the std screen res when not zoomed stretched etc)

Does the supplied antenna give a good piccie?

They have just started to pop up in Australia in a few stores (at a pretty high price, it would be much cheaper to import from UK etc), I imagine that the boxset contains both mac (eyetv) and pc software and its not a mac specific bundle?

Along the same lines I would imagine the tuner is compatible worldwide? (we run PAL here btw)

TIA

what's its performance like compared to the elgato eyetv 200 thingie?

And what's it work like - cos 189 is still a load of cas, but may well be worth it...
