They could use a few more posts over there. But be careful, the local mods are within their rights to delete anything they consider too spammish or off-topic. They're also within their rights to issue Infractions.

That said, a cleverly worded post might go a long ways. The PS3 sold fairly well during the holidays.

Does anyone know what the average weekly rate is for a PS3? I've been looking to shore up my folding abit and a PS3 might be the most cost effective way to do it (or maybe I'll just get a mini). I'ma top that Folding list if it's the last thing I do.

About 900/day, so 6,300/week.

The average unit is 300 points and takes about 8 hours.

P.S. I'm totally out to smoke you too, which will happen as soon as I buy 5 or 6 more PS3s.

Hmm I may still get a better deal out of mini's then which would probably average 1500ish a day, especially if I can grab them on the deals page.

I'm only getting about 1,000, but this particular Mini has a half dozen other things running in the background.

Of course, you do need a Blu-Ray player on every TV in the house, right?

I'm afraid you have to handle that part. In your folding client, there should be a place to put in Team Number. Our magic number is 16.

If you use the CLI client, you can edit the client.cfg file so it includes the line:
team=16

That will do it, and we can proceed to the ~~dangerous hazing~~ interesting initiation ceremonies. Hope you brought an umbrella.

Welcome to the team. Try to avoid "The crazy ones".
