On seeing a bunch of hobags preening about demanding that men stare at their asses and titties?

I had to walk home from work on Halloween night last year. I saw enough whores in that one mile to last me the rest of my life.

Our plan tonight is to make boyfriend try some Japanese food. Then we'll come home and either watch a movie or play Runes of Magic.
Sell or send me your vintage Mac things if you don't want them.

Nice to know I'm not the only one who stayed in. The weather was too bad to go out, anyway.

Exactly.

We hung around out front and passed out candy with our friends. Lots of little kids in our neighborhood came out and were either precious or striking or cool. A few teens were out too, but aside from the guys skateboarding down the street, the ones that were actually trick-or-treating were in at least noticeable costumes-one was in a really cool one-he was a clone trooper (and escorting his much younger sister and brother).

Or are you just mad that you can't make a naughty nurse costume work?

Just got back in from taking the kids out up and down the street. Didn't see any teens, but saw plenty of pre-teens dressed as sluts (Sexy Zombie, Sexy Nurse, Sexy Teacher). WTF is it with the "Sexy xxx" outfits for 7-10 year-olds? Stoopid.

Why should she? We have porn to satisfy the wildly unrealistic sexual fantasies of men... Perhaps there are women who prefer to behave like porn stars?

You'll note it's not the 7-10 year old kids that are actually buying the costumes, but the parents. Or at least the "people who should be acting like parents instead of treating the kids like walking fashion accessories." Oh, I actually typed that, didn't I. Darn.

Not Society in general, but parenting has been broken for a couple of generations-and it's getting worse because dysfunctional parents raise kids that become more dysfunctional parents. The whole "child as a fashion accessory" thing is squarely tied to adults who can't say "the child comes first" at all, let alone tell the child "no." But I digress from the subject of the thread.

We just walked around our neighborhood and noticed that there is very little detritus from trick or treating. Only a few rapper bits, an odd dropped candy or two, not much to notice at all. I hope most people woke up to a similarly neat neighborhood.
