I'm just totally scandalized right now!
So my friend Lumped and I are running through doing some Templars in Silithus when we stumble upon a Lesser Windstone that has respawned—well, rather suggestively respawned with the corpse of an Earthen Templar oddly angled on top of it. The rocks seemed to be quite perfectly placed. I thought it was hilarious anyway.
